Roberto Bautista Agut extended his winning streak in the
second round of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament on Thursday, by
battling past Jiri Vesely on the Rotterdam Ahoy centre court: 4-6, 6-2,
6-4.“I didn't enjoy a good start, as I'm gettig tired of all the matches I've already played this year", the number 16 of the world said. "It was important to stay focused on my own game. I'm not done here yet, I want to stay in the tournament as long as possible.”
Bautista Agut won the ATP tournament in Sofia last weak, beating Viktor Troicki in the final. He already has 14 wins wrapped under his belt this year.
The 27-year old Spaniard will meet the winner of Thurday's match between Marcos Baghdatis-Martin Klizan next.
