Delbonis Drops the Victory Over Almagro in ATP Buenos Aires

The Buenos Aires tennis player Federico Delbonis struggled today but was eliminated from the ATP Buenos Aires losing in three sets to Spanish Nicolas Almagro 6-3, 4-6, 6-4. 
Delbonis, 45 in the world rankings, managed to turn the match after losing the first set and took a 4-1 lead in the final set, but Almagro (72) won five consecutive games and got the ticket to the quarterfinals after two hours and 13 minutes. 
Looking for the semifinals, Almagro will face the winner of the match will play the correntino Leonardo Mayer (37) and Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (9) in the last shift of the day. 
Delbonis had agreed to the knockout to win in the debut of the Italian Fabio Fognini, while Almagro stopped on the way to his compatriot Albert Montanes.
