Naomi Broady Defeats Sabine Lisicki to Reach Malaysian Open Semi-Finals

Britain's Naomi Broady has reached a WTA Tour semi-final for the first time in her career after beating Sabine Lisicki in the last eight of the BMW Malaysian Open.

The British No 3 overcame the German third seed 7-6 (7-4) 1-6 7-5 in Kuala Lumpur in a contest which lasted more than two-and-a-quarter-hours.
Broady had a break point in the first game but Lisicki held and went on to establish a 2-0 lead.

Lisicki Advances in Quarterfinals of Malaysian Open

German tennis female player Sabine Lisicki advanced in quarterfinals of WTA BMW Malaysian Open (K.Lumpur). She beats Barbora Krejcikova with 2-0 in sets (7-5; 6-3). In quarterfinals Lisicki will face winner of Naomi Broady vs. Zhaoxuan Yang.

Bouchard and Lisicki Advance in Malaysian Open

Canadian tennis female player, Eugenie Bouchard and german Sabine Lisicki advanced in second round of BMW Malaysian Open (K.Lumpur) 2016. Bouchard beats Ling Zhang with 2-0 in sets (6-3; 6-1). On the other side, Lisicki defeated Magda Linette in straight sets (6-4; 7-6). Next round Bouchard will face Kurumi Nara, while Lisicki will meet Barbora Krejcikova.
